This was the first Rapanui location opened in Buenos Aires; it sits on a corner of the Recoleta neighborhood. This project marks the beginning of the development of the brand’s new concept for Buenos Aires.
A floor plan design with three sections (ice cream, chocolate, and café) was naturally decided upon given the morphology of the location which features two large concrete wall dividers that separate the sectors of the program.
A semi-covered transition area between inside and outside was created by annexing space from the interior. This space is equipped with typical Buenos Aires- style café tables for outdoor seating.
This location marked the need to define a concept for the design of packaging, uniforms, signage and all branding aspects.
