The Goyena house is listed under the Register of Historic Places and located in the Caballito neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

The intervention focused on freeing up the floor plans within the constraints of the building’s structure. This sought to integrate spaces that were compartmentalized. The staircase and its original features were restored.

The entrance is located at the side of the house and through a patio. This outdoor area was equipped with seating while the first floor terrace was equipped with potted olive trees in order to be utilized as expansions.
