In Pinamar, PilottoSanguinetti worked on a simple beach house that had been reached by the town’s commercial expansion.

In this project, we adapted the brand’s image to the beach, summer, and vacation context using fresh and lightweight materials.

At the front of the house, we installed a prominent pine wood structure, a local characteristic, with a transparent canopy to maximize light intake, given the surrounding wooded area.

In the back side of the house, a recycled Reefer-like container was set up as the cold room. This created an outdoor expansion that was equipped for additional seating.
